The fat of any slaughtered animal was to be burnt not eaten and then to add the flesh of any of the unclean wasn't ever considered food. They are part of Yah's beautiful no waste system. I love lamb bacon and cracklings. Lamb fat is very tasty, it is not a heavy feeling when you eat it. Of course there is not much bacon on them.
