I forgot to tell everyone the side effects: Being sleepy throwing up yawning a lot being tired Now why is this, well from my experience we are spiritually weak and so you do one of these repentance sessions and you want to go straight to bed. This is one of the reasons it took me 15 years to get to do this correctly and write it all down. Because you need like your whole mind to do this and it's just so draining. Like I just posted in Danial 10 and how he talks about his vision and that he was completely drained of strength well I can testify to the truth of that, and it also applies to repenting. Our flesh hates it so much and doesn't want you to do it that it's going to fight you tooth and nail to stop you from doing this. I would suggest that you setup a plan to read the Bible to get some strength to do this. I have always had problems with reading the Bible as well that it put me to sleep. Before now I also didn't like reading the Bible because I didn't want to go to sleep. I would read the bible right before bed and it was like my sleeping pill. But now I would say that is just a sign of being spiritually weak. Now after reading the bible for 2 years straight, I don't fall asleep when reading it or when doing a spiderweb. The yawning part is because as you repent you are also releasing all the demons inside of you that have a right to bother you because you have violated His LAW and so are inside of you bothering you and telling you to do this sin or that one. Repentance is healing, cleansing, and restoring yourself to what we should be before the fall. We must repent so that we can be vessels of YAHUWAH and He will come live with us, and we can be vessels for honorable use instead of just for common. The prayer: YAHUW, I come to your presence in the Name of YAHUWAH and I ask that you forgive me of my sins I come to your presence to repent with a broken spirit, in dust and ashes, with great sorrow, crying, (and fasting.) (Fasting is the ideal but I don't even do this unless I line up a lot of them and then do it the weekly day I fast.)
I ask that you forgive me for my share of guilt of all my ancestors, neighbors, and my sins. Same drill as before, the blue text is what you repent for, and the black is the verse I got it from. Also remember there are no just women's sins or just men's sins. Repent for all of them because we have a share of guilt of every sin. We all have the same blood from Adam in us. Even if HE has given us genetic variety, we have one common ancestor who is Adam.
