On iPhones, it’s in settings>privacy>health. It should default to “off” but I’d check to be sure.

Oh yea everyone make sure it’s turned off.
Or if you haven’t updated your phone, don’t do it. I haven’t done an update in a while and I don’t show the contact tracing in my settings. If you have auto update turned on, maybe turn it off 😆
Thanks Deborah! Checking now
Don't use smart phones, or cell phones at all if you can help it. If you decide that you have to have a cell phone, use a "dumb phone" or a Linux based cell phone (not Android, yes I'm aware it is a variant of Linux) if you decide that you must use a smart phone. Always guard your cell phone in a faraday cage and put that in turn in a microwave whenever possible.
Please understand, I'm not advocating microwave ownership either. But if you already have one, it's ideal for this. I know of individuals who purchased quality microwaves strictly for this purpose and who never use the microwave itself for cooking. Microwaves remove an incredible amount of the nutritional benefits from your food and there are some considerable health risks from microwave exposure in general.
I stopped using microwaves probably 6-7 years ago. It destroyed food.
Congratulations, Deborah. I've been warning people of the dangers of Microwave ovens for decades now, and I very rarely get anyone to learn the facts for themselves.
My comment was supposed to say it DESTROYS food. In every possible way!!! Yuck!!
